Located in the Osmangazi district of Bursa at the foot of Mount Uludağ, Dobruca Social Facilities is an exceptionally spacious and airy living space operated by the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality (BURFAŞ). With its lush green nature surrounded by pine trees, a panoramic view overlooking the entire city, walking tracks, and advanced sports facilities, it serves as a complete relaxation point right near the city center yet immersed in nature.
The restaurant and open-air seating areas, situated on an elevated point of the facility, feature a magnificent bird’s-eye view of Bursa. Enjoying breakfast or dinner while watching the city lights and green landscape from above is one of the most preferred activities among visitors.
Dobruca Social Facilities is a full-fledged sports center equipped with modern infrastructure. The facility houses a mini football pitch (halı saha), a basketball court, tennis courts, and a climbing wall. It offers sports enthusiasts the opportunity to train in the fresh air of pine forests.
Well-maintained walking and jogging trails stretching through the trees, wooden seating areas, and lookout spots are ideal for exercising or taking a peaceful stroll. (A small stream runs along the lower section of the facility).
Watch the Panoramic View of Bursa: Capture photos of the Bursa cityscape from the high terrace viewpoint of the facility.
Walk Among the Pine Trees: Take advantage of the walking trail inside the facility to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Take a Coffee Break at the Terrace Restaurant: Relax with tea or Turkish coffee while admiring the high-altitude city view.
Weekend Crowds: As it is a municipal facility offering high price-to-performance value, it can be crowded during weekend breakfast and dinner hours. Arriving during early hours ensures a more comfortable experience.
Evening Coolness: Because it is situated on an elevated slope of Mount Uludağ, a pleasant breeze blows even on summer evenings; carrying a light jacket or cardigan with you is recommended.
