We stayed for one night. The toilet was filthy. It looked like it had been cleaned, but they'd just taped something clean. I brought gloves and sleepwear with me, so I cleaned it myself again. The beds were filthy and had hairs on them. I won't go again. And I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel's location is truly excellent. It's right in the city center, and you can easily reach many places on foot.
The rooms were very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious.
All the staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcomed.
I would like to thank the hotel owner and all the staff for their attention and hospitality. We were definitely very satisfied and would choose this hotel again.

Clean rooms and a hospitable team who did their best to help. The prices are more reasonable than other hotels. I recommend it. They even offered us breakfast when we didn't ask, thank you very much.

It was our first time there. We stayed for one night. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and it was within walking distance of the market, which was great. The buffet breakfast was quite sufficient and very delicious; everything was high quality, which is very important to me. We left very satisfied and would choose this hotel again if we come back.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, it's a true family business, and its location is within walking distance of the bazaars and the Grand Mosque. It's definitely a good choice when visiting Bursa.

The hotel was very nice and had a great concept, but it was so dirty that even though we stayed overnight and left early in the morning, I was itching from the dust and dirt. Cotton fibers were constantly flying around under the beds, the bathroom was full of hair, and the drawers in the room had dried tea and coffee stains on them. In short, it was awful. The only good thing was its location. The breakfast cheeses were moldy and dried out, and the yogurt was sour and foamy.

The hotel is excellent in every aspect, the staff are very friendly, it's a superb hotel. If you're going to stay in Bursa, choose By Hotel Nilüfer without hesitation.

We stayed at this hotel with my family from Ankara on August 15, 2026, based on a recommendation.
The hotel is newly built, the rooms are spotless, and the staff are very attentive; it's an excellent hotel.
There is no parking problem.
I recommend it if you are coming with your family.
Don't worry about it being on a side street when you look at the map; it's a very spacious place.

I stayed at the hotel while I was in Bursa for work. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff and owners are very attentive, kind, and friendly. I didn't encounter any negative situations. There is no parking problem. Thank you for your efforts.

Honestly, one of the best Turkish hotels I’ve stayed at with this price. Only downside is worn down room decor & some hair on the bathroom floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but don’t speak English. Luckily, there’s google translate. WiFi is adequate. Breakfast is great and varies slightly every morning. Location is really good and hotel is easy to find compared to many other Turkish hotels hidden in small streets and alleys.

I had a wonderful stay at BY OTEL NILUFER. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and I really enjoyed the breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a two-night stay overall and was very satisfied, especially considering the price.
The location is central, just a 5-10 minute walk from the Osmangazi metro station. The staff was kind and helpful, and the cleanliness of the room, bedding, and bathroom was satisfactory. I had good sleeps there and was very satisfied with the quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety of food options. All in all, it felt like a 4-star experience at a 3-star price.
While everything else was great, the only thing lacking was the quality of the complimentary toiletries. The soap left my hands feeling strangely slippery, and the gels were not to my liking.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay in this modern hotel. The rooms were modern and extremely comfortable. The staff were great although they spoke very little English. That wasn’t a problem. They provide parking and the breakfast is simple but sufficient. The location is central and within walking distance to most things that I required. I would choose this hotel if I ever decided to return to Bursa.
